Conventional braces are great for straightening the teeth of children, and we can use coloured bands to personalise their appliance and help them have some fun with the process.
This system uses brackets and wires like conventional braces – but the difference is that they are fitted to the backs of the teeth instead of the fronts.
This means that they offer all the control and precision of fixed braces without the brackets and wires being visible.
Invisalign is becoming one of the most popular orthodontic treatments as it uses a series of removable clear aligners instead of brackets and wires. These aligners are are almost invisible when worn in the mouth and can be easily taken out for eating or special occasions. The system is particularly good for repositioning front teeth.
